I'm Jo, owner of Audio and Co.®, and the host of 'Creative Journeys,' a YouTube channel and podcast dedicated to inspiring and guiding creators. As a business coach, audio producer, and entrepreneur, I've helped authors, podcasters, and content creators turn their ideas into successful projects. My journey began with self-publishing my autobiography, leading me to support over 500 authors in bringing their stories to life across print, digital, and audio formats.

I also manage 'Hey UP Folks!' where I share insights, stories, and behind-the-scenes looks into the creative process. When I’m not coaching or producing, you’ll find me exploring new destinations, indulging in good food and wine, or spending time with my family. I’m passionate about creating spaces where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued, and I’m here to help you thrive on your creative journey with practical insights and strategies to fuel your success.

I genuinely believe it’s all about Communication. 

With over 25 years’ experience working in international business, I’m convinced that the key to building an exceptional and sustainable business is Excellent Communication and I want to empower more leaders and their teams to create and roll out effective communication strategies that make a real difference.  

In my most recent role, I spent ten years in France and Luxembourg as Head of Communications within the global steel and mining company, ArcelorMittal supporting more than 300 teams from sites around the world before launching my own business in 2015. 

I still have my own hard hat and steel cap shoes. I speak fluent French, and bien sûr I have a real love of French wine, cheese and baguettes!
